PAYMENT
Just like the retailer on the high street, we order your dress specifically for you. As soon as the gown and the fitting details are finalised, you will then pay for the gown in full.

CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel an order once it has entered the ordering stage. Once an order has been placed you have 24hrs to cancel. After this time we are unable to offer a cancellation or a refund. Be very sure that you have made the right choice when ordering.

RETURNS POLICY
All gowns are checked over before being collected. If however, there is a genuine manufacturing fault, you have 24hrs to return the gown to us. You will be given a like for like replacement.
